All orders are shipped from our warehouse in the United States (Twin Lakes, WI).

*Note: Please understand that these delivery times are estimates. Some orders may be faster or slower depending on the location of recipient and fulfillment center used.

None of our deliveries are subject to import charges, regardless of your country.

Processing Times

We want you to get your items as quickly as possible! Orders take between 1-2 business days to process after placing the order before shipping out.

Where can I find my tracking number?

When your items are shipped out, you should receive an automatic notification via email providing you with a tracking number.

Delivery

Depending on your area most orders will be delivered by your local post service, so the package will be in your regular mail. If you are not home when a delivery is made, a notice card may be left by the postal service to advise on how and where your parcel can be collected.

Unexpected Delays

In some instances the delivery may take longer than the standard shipping times stated above. Most of these delays are caused by international customs processing that we cannot control. Please contact us if your package is taking too long to arrive and we will work with you to resolve any situation.

Failed Delivery

If the package cannot be delivered to the given shipping address due to causes ascribable to the absent cooperation of the customer (wrong or incorrect shipping address, absent receiver,) or if the customer refuses to collect the package, the package will be returned to the sender (Everything Crochet) at the customers expense. The expense includes shipping costs and any other costs the package may have incurred; this amount will be deducted from the total of the order to be refunded.

Items Not Received But Tracking Shows Delivered

Please note we do not refund or replace items that are tracked as being delivered. For this reason, we always recommend that you get items delivered to a secure address. If you have not received your item and it says delivered please contact us at info@everything-crochet.com and we will do our best to investigate.

My name is Luka and I’m the proud founder of this company.

This journey began as a personal one, inspired by a legacy that spans four generations.

It all started with my great-grandmother, who deeply enjoyed crocheting. She taught my grandmother, who then passed the skill on to my mother. And my mother passed the skill to me. She taught me everything she knew, and what started as a family tradition turned into a lifelong passion.

At 25, I wanted to give something back to this amazing craft that has been in my family for 4 generations. That’s when I designed my vintage crochet hook. It has most up to date technology, while also having a vintage design. Everything Crochet was born from this desire to celebrate crocheting.
